The plot is accessed through double gates and a printed concrete driveway leads to the side of the villa to the double carport. A door leads to the en-suite shower room with large tiled glass enclosed shower, toilet and basin. The family shower room consists of a tiled shower cubicle, toilet and washbasin in a base cabinet. At the end of the hallway, the second bedroom is a double room with two built-in wardrobes.
The third fly-free area is where we find the sunken 6-person Jacuzzi with handrail. This area is surrounded by a patio for sunbathing and relaxing.
The garden surrounds the villa and is well laid out. From the fly-free to the front of the villa, French doors lead to the garden and a patio with path leading through a double arch to the side garden. With two pergolas providing shade and an old olive tree in a round bed, this is another lovely place to sit and relax. Steps and a ramp lead from this area to an elevated area along two sides of the plot with paved paths and additional steps down closer to the carport and to the stone storage area. There is a large groundwater reservoir with pump housing. A storage room / workshop houses the oil tank for the central heating and a water softener. There is a further stone storage room next to the villa with the Roca boiler and a gas boiler. The garden is completely irrigated.
A large gravel area to the side of the villa would be perfect for installing an above ground pool, taking advantage of the raised part of the garden to create the pool patio.
