The house is 5 - 10 minutes to the typical Spanish village of Purchena, which offers all daily amenities for daily living: supermarkets, shops, banks, cozy bars / restaurants, pharmacy, health center etc. The larger market town of Olula del Rio is located 10 - 15 minutes away where the larger shops and supermarkets can be found.
The road to the house is completely paved and there is parking space next to the house. The house consists of 3 floors. The ground floor is now used as a storage space but can easily be converted into more living space. There is a traditional fireplace and a toilet. The second floor is one large room with a large fireplace, this room is now a living room / dining room for when the whole family comes together. On the third floor, the higher entrance, is a spacious double bedroom with a door that leads to a roof terrace from where there are beautiful views of the surrounding area and the mountains.
The land is located on the side of the house and you have the option to lay out / design the garden according to your own wishes. Water and electricity are connected.
