Oria offers all daily amenities such as: supermarkets, small shops, banks, medical center, butchers, bakery, bars/restaurants etc. The larger market towns of Olula del Rio and Albox where the larger shops can be found are only 15-20 minutes away to drive. The beaches of Almería are around 60 minutes' drive away.
The front door leads to an entrance hall with bench seating which then leads to an open plan living room and kitchen. There is a cast iron wood burner which heats the whole house in winter and a spacious fully fitted kitchen. From the lounge, double doors lead into a dining room which can also be used as a winter sun room and which again opens onto the pool terrace. A small hallway leads to the bedrooms, to the right a spacious master bedroom with double doors leading to the fly free sitting area, en-suite shower room, family shower room and double guest bedroom.
The villa is situated on a walled and gated plot with double entrance gates leading to a large gravelled driveway and ample parking space. A tiled staircase leads to a roof terrace with 360 degree views of the country, mountains and village. There is a storage room under the stairs. A gate then leads to the front of the villa and a paved terrace surrounding the pool. From here the front door leads to the house. To the right of the terrace is another gate leading to the rear garden. This is paved with gravel for low maintenance. There is also a wooden storage room. A side entrance door leads to an unobstructed outdoor dining terrace with BBQ which also opens from the master bedroom.
