It is less than a 10 minute drive from the towns of Partaloa and Albox, where all major shops and supermarkets can be found. The beaches are just a 30 minute drive away.

The house has very good access via a tarmac road and at the end of a street with no immediate neighbors. A double gate leads to the driveway where there is parking space for several cars. There is a path to the right that leads directly to the garage.

There is a covered veranda over the entire length of the house. From here the front door leads to the very spacious living room with fireplace and air conditioning. At the rear of the property there are a number of different fruit trees including; Peach, plum and a variety of citrus. There is also a spare 6000 liter water tank. There is also a solar hot water system and a water descaler in the garage. The house is very well built with high quality materials, with cavity walls and double glazing. The floor throughout the house is polished white marble and both the sinks in the bathrooms are also handmade, it is really beautiful! The site is mainly laid out with pebbles, ideal for low maintenance. The open views from the house are amazing.
