Incredible Eco Sustainable Villa with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and pool in Cantoria

The villa is located in a quiet area of Cantoria near the greenway where the town could be reached within a 15 minutes walk, 10 minutes by car from Olula del Río and Albox, larger commercial cities with multiple services and different leisure offers and around 40 minutes from the coast.

The house is accessed through a double door for vehicles that leads to a hallway with enough space to park a couple of cars and reaches the main entrance.

Entering through a closed room with mosquito nets and enough space for living areas is the access to the kitchen/dining room, which has a pellet stove and electric water heater, on the left is the charming living room that also has a pellet stove and access door to the hallway.

Once in the hallway and on the left there are 2 very bright and good-sized bedrooms, at the end of the hallway a bathroom that has a gas heater and on the right another good-sized bedroom.

All the windows of the house have mosquito nets to prevent mosquitoes and insects from accessing the house.
Outside the house is the 9 x 4 pool area completely paved with enough space for seating areas and on the other side of the house is a building that is currently used for storage.

Behind the house and on a higher plot there are several olive trees, solar panels that follow the sun to collect as much energy as possible and a turbine that collects wind energy, so the electricity available in the house is absolutely renewable.

The villa is automated to carry out work such as filling the pool, the electrical system managed by solar energy has a diesel generator as a backup in case there is little power, which does not usually happen, so the generator works for about 20 minutes a month to move the oil through the circuit and maintain it correctly.

All solar and wind energy is stored for transformation into electricity when it is necessary to use it.
