The villa benefits from fixtures and fittings of a very high standard.  Marble floors, aluminium double glazing, with security shutters and rejas.  To the rear of the property is an L shaped detached double garaje of approximately 64m2, this could provide parking for two vehicles but half is currently used as a store room/workshop.  There is ample parking around the house and space for an above ground pool to be installed.  Mains electricity is connected and the house has its own water rights and there are 3 water deposits offering up to 60kL of water storage.  The area of fruit trees closer to the house has an irrigation system.  Also within the plot of land in the lower part of the garden there is a large concrete base with a useful wooden hut and an electrical supply this could create a great spot to park a camper van or to install an above ground swimming pool.
