The market town of  Huercal-Overa where all amenities ca be found in 15 minutes such as: supermarket, shops, banks, chemists, schools, hospital etc. The beautiful beaches of Almería can be reached within 30- 40 minutes.

The last 2,5 km towards the property is good dirt track. The last 100 meters before entering the property is a beautiful private road surrounded with pine trees. A sliding gate leads to the entrance of the property where there is a lot of parking space for many cars.

In front of the property there is a nice terrace from where there are amazing views over the area. The front door leads into a large kitchen / dining room full of character with wooden beams, at the end of the kitchen on the right hand side there is a double bedroom with high ceilings.

The garden is beautifully landscaped with olive – and (fruit) trees that give a lot of shadow which is very nice in the summer, the garden is also laid with gravel for easy maintenance. Part of the land is fenced which is easy for having animals. 

Water is delivered by tank and electricity needs to be connected by solar panels.
