Cantoria is 5 minutes in car and has post office, shops, medical centre and bars and restaurants, Albox is only 10 minutes away in car with all the big supermarkets, sports Centre, medical centre and bars and restaurants that provide entertainment all year around. The lovely beaches of Almeria are only 45 minutes away
The front door leads through the entry hall that leads to the right, there is a spacious living diner with the stairs to the right and to the left the modern kitchen with table and chairs. The road to the property is mostly tarmacked except for the last several meters that is a dirt track but is kept in a very good condition the dirt track is mostly used by the owners and one other neighbour.
